During my internship in Digital Marketing at O.C., I contributed to the development of the new website and implemented it using WordPress. O.C. primarily offers hair systems as well as related care products and hair solutions for men and women experiencing hair loss. As a working student, my main responsibility was to design a community app for O.C., where I was in charge of UX/UI design. The goal was to consolidate O.C.’s services within one app — including the shop, appointment booking and rescheduling features, and video tutorials (such as how to apply or care for hair systems). In cooperation with O.C. as an industry partner, I wrote my bachelor’s thesis on the topic: Developing a community app to increase customer retention and satisfaction for startups.
