At Appsoluts GmbH, a software development and app solutions company, I worked as a student employee in various roles within the field of UX/UI design. In an interdisciplinary team of designers and developers, I implemented creative concept drafts and Figma designs for mobile and web applications, and conducted quality audits to ensure design quality. This collaboration allowed me to work on diverse projects and take on independent responsibilities directly alongside development and design teams.

Im Rahmen der Mind-App, einer Affirmations-App für mentale Gesundheit, habe ich die Konzeptentwicklung, Figma-Designs und Quality Audits im Team betreut, Feedbackschleifen koordiniert und die Farbgebung sowie das Logo mitgestaltet. Auch an der Erweiterung und Pflege der internen Design-Library war ich maßgeblich beteiligt.

As part of my master’s thesis, I carried out the redesign of an internal tracking software for Appsoluts, which systematically records working hours and project-based activities. The project encompassed thorough user research, competitor analysis, interviews, the development of personas, and the definition of relevant KPIs. A key component was a collaborative workshop with all employees (using Figma FigJam), complemented by methods such as timeline planning, questionnaires, and iterative feedback loops. The final design translated the previous tablet version into a user-centered desktop prototype for the first time.
